Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction with back extraction based on in situ deep eutectic solvent decomposition and air-assisted for determination of some antidepressant drugs in biological samples prior to HPLC-UV

In this study, a dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction along with back-extraction step (DLLME-BE) has been developed for the determination of thre antidepressant drugs (citalopram, sertraline, and venlafaxine) in biological samples prior to HPLC-UV. Briefly, method involved two main steps: first, deep eutectic solvent (DES) composed tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBABr as agent) 1-dodecanol (as extraction solvent) was decomposed an aqueous phase led situ dispersion organic analytes. . Second, Air-assisted (AALLME) applied back-extract analytes into 50 µL acceptor while many interferences were not able extract solution. By performing method, high sample clean-up achieved. The maximum efficiency obtained based on optimisation parameters.
